29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space were not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Store Room: On or about April 8, 2019, sufficient access and working space was not provided for the following electric equipment: a) Red Honeywell electrical power supply panel labeled "HIGH VOLTAGE" near the walk-in freezer that were blocked by cartons/boxes of merchandise stacked above head height in front of and on one side of the panels and the path to the circuit panels was littered with cartons/boxes of merchandise. b) Sufficient access and space were not maintained around the gray 120 volt circuit panels along the inside wall and the disconnects (switches) on an adjacent wall. Cartons/boxes of merchandise were stacked above head height adjacent to the electrical equipment. A few of the cartons/boxes were not securely placed and were in danger of sliding or falling over. The Dollar Tree Stores, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 967705, citation number 2, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on January 28, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 8028 Denton Highway, Watauga, TX 76148.
