29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Employees were exposed to chemical hazards. Employees were exposed to Isobutyl Alcohol and there was not an eye wash to provide a 15 minute flow of liquid. There was a small eyewash bottle station which was empty and would not have provided for adequate flushing of the eye.
