29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means: a) On 3/26/2019 employees were exposed to electrical shock due to live wires of greater than 50 volts hanging from different electrical components such as, but not limited to the control instruments for a control panel located on the backside platform of the oven and a control sensor for the Co2 fire suppression system located under the backside of the oven platform.
