29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: Work site was located at 6900 Roustein Avenue, Unit 1, North Bergen, NJ 07047 a) Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards as an outlet on the south wall behind the washers did not have a faceplate on it exposing employees to live wiring. Violation was observed on or about March 20, 2019.
