29 CFR 1910.213(s)(1): Dull saws were not immediately removed from service, before they begin to cause the material to stick, jam, or kick back when it is fed to the saw at normal speed: (a) On or about March 12, 2019 a Delta RT-40 14 inch table saw was being operated with a dull saw blade which did not allow the material to pass through the saw smoothly at normal speed exposing employees who used it to a struckby hazard.
