29 CFR 1910.215(a)(2): Abrasive wheel(s) used on grinding machinery were not provided with safety guard(s) which covered the spindle end, nut, flange projections: Employees were exposed to caught-in hazards. Employees engaged in cleaning/deburring activities using the Black and Decker #9407 Serial #9705 - 6" pedestal grinder in the Assembly Area (Front Shop) by the Test Stand #2 area were exposed to caught-in hazards in that the abrasive wheel on the grinding machinery was missing the guard to cover the spindle end, nut, and flange projection. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
