29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders as necessary, enabling each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: a) On or about March 12, 2019, at the jobsite, employees exposed to fall hazards were directed to use portable ladders to access the roof on multiple levels without being informed how to recognize and handle hazards associated with ladders including the proper selection, use and inspection of ladders.
