29 CFR 1926.153(g): Liquefied petroleum gas (LP-Gas) containers installed outside of buildings or structures were not upright upon firm foundation or otherwise firmly secured: a. On or about March 4, 2019, at the west gun barrel tank top, a propane cylinder did not stand on a substantially level surface when it as used by an employee to heat an open pipe of the tank top and exposed employees to fire and struck-by hazards.
