29 CFR 1910.178(o)(2): Only loads within the rated capacity of the truck shall be handled. On or about March 4, 2019, at the facility, employees were required to lift the bottom section of a wind tower called a can with two (2) Reach Stackers, that exceeded the permissible load weight for the Reach Stackers (45 tons), exposing employees to caught-in-between and/or crushing hazards.
