29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement. Location - 189 Vassar Street, Cambridge, MA. Fourth floor (various locations on floor). On or about February 28, 2019, employees were exposed to protruding reinforcing steel in several locations on the fourth floor decking.
