29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a. 200 Carter Dr., Edison, NJ - Warehouse The employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was free of recognized hazards. Employees engaged in warehousing activities used 38v, 160 amp battery chargers that had damaged cords. Equipment that included, but was not limited to Raymond 730-R45TT and Crown RR5000 industrial trucks that were charged from batter chargers that had visible external damage to the insulation and exposed wires. Violation observed on or about February 22, 2019
