29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12): Ladders used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment did not have nonconductive side rails: a- 306 Lake Street, Lakehurst NJ: Company worksite workers were exposed to electrical hazards when using an unsecured, aluminum extension ladder (not having non conductive rails) next to a live power line. This ladder was used to access and egress a residential structure's pitched roof. Condition observed on or about 02/14/19.
