29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii): 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each operator of a forklift completed the training consisting workplace-related topics listed in 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)[A] - [I] of this section: On or about 2/11/2019, at the farmhouses located at 375 or 433 Sandy Cross Road, Lexington, GA: An employee operating the Combilift powered industrial truck was not trained and evaluated on topics such as, but not limited to surface condition, pedestrian traffic and other unique and potentially hazardous conditions in the farmhouse that could affect safe operation(s) of the lift, exposing employees working in the area to struck-by hazards.
