29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: On or about May 6, 2019, boxes of hangers and detergents such as but not limited to 60 and 42 C & C cleaners were not stacked in a stable manner on storage racks located on the west side of the establishment, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
