29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: a) Maintenance Building - on or about January 8, 2019, employees performed set-up operations on an ACCU-PRO 632 spin relief grinder requiring employees to manually spin mower wheel with cutting blades at the point of operation, but the employer had not provided a special hand tool to permit easy handling of the material without the operator placing a hand into the danger zone.
