29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition shall be removed from service. All repairs shall be made by authorized personnel. (A) In the Warehouse Area, on or about December 14, 2018 and at times prior to, a power-operated industrial truck that was not in safe operating condition (horn not working) was not removed from service as required, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
