29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in steel erection activity who is on a walking/ working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with conducting steel erection activities. This was most recently documented at 300 Cloverly Rd., Fremont, Nebraska 68025 on or about January 15, 2019. The employer failed to ensure that adequate fall protection was used by employees working on a metal roof that was approximately 16 feet above the ground.
