29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person was exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about January 10, 2019 the employer did not provide employees working with caustic chemicals, such as lemongrass oil and Geraniol Natural, in the mixing area with eyewash/safety showers for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body, exposing employees to burns of the eyes and skin.
