29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about January 10, 2019, throughout the Shop area, where employees are expected to fight incipient level fires, the employer failed to mount (two) and identify (eight) fire extinguishers.
