29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: Training which authorized employees received did not include: -Energy control procedures for specific equipment including but not limited to conveyors, Salvagnini S4, and the Banner Welder. -Type and magnitude of hazardous energy sources associated with specific equipment including but not limited to conveyors, Salvagnini S4, and the Banner Welder. -Recognition of energy isolation devices including but not limited to: pneumatic and hydraulic energy associated with the Salvagnini S4 and local electrical disconnects located on each of the Pack-out transfer conveyors.
