29 CFR 1910.124(j)(3): Periodic inspections of all dipping and coating equipment, including covers, drains, overflow piping, and electrical and fire-extinguishing systems were not conducted, and deficiencies were not promptly corrected: On or about December 27, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that periodic inspections of all dipping and coating equipment, including covers, drains, overflow piping, and electrical and fire-extinguishing systems were conducted. The dip tank operation was not equipped with required safety features including but not limited to, drains, overflow piping, and missing fire-extinguishing systems.
