29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees had not been trained and made familiar with the safety related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertain to their respective job assignments: On or about December 27, 2018, the employer failed to ensure employees exposed to electrical shock hazards were properly trained in the safe work practices required by this section to include use of personal protection equipment, skills and techniques necessary to distinguish exposed live parts, skills and techniques necessary to determine nominal voltage of exposed live parts, and clearance distances specified and corresponding voltages.
