29 CFR 1915.71(j)(1): Scaffolding, staging, runways, or working platforms which are supported or suspended more than 5 feet above a solid surface, or at any distance above water, were not provided with a railing, which had a top rail whose upper surface was from 42 to 45 inches. (a) Port of Toledo - F/V Pegasus - On or about November 14th, 2018 and at times prior thereto, JAG Industrial and Marine Services exposed its employees to falls of approximately 15'- 20' while working and transiting the topside of F/V Pegasus without an adequate temporary guardrail installed.
