29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about 12/13/18, in and around the chlorine rail car siting; employees were exposed to dermal and ocular contact with liquid and gaseous chlorine when they connected and disconnected the East chlorine rail car and the nearest safety shower/eye wash station was located on the dock area next to the rail car and only accessible by walking down approximately 13 stairs, from the elevated work platform on top of the rail car to reach ground level, traveling the entire length of the East and West rail cars along the south side of the rail siting, walking up the stairs and onto the dock, opening a large sliding door, entering the maintenance shop and locating the safety shower at the north portion of this area. b) On or about 12/13/18, in and around the chlorine rail car siting; employees were exposed to dermal and ocular contact with liquid and gaseous chlorine when they connected and disconnected the West chlorine rail car and the nearest safety shower/eye wash station was located on the dock area next to this rail car and only accessible by walking down approximately 13 stairs, from the elevated work platform on top of the rail car to reach ground level, walking around the west end of this rail car, walking up the stairs and onto the dock, opening a large sliding door, entering the maintenance shop and locating the safety shower at the north portion of this area.
