29 CFR 1910.146(g)(1): The employer did not provide training so that all employees whose work was regulated by 29 CFR 1910.146 (permit required confined spaces) acquired the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of the duties assigned under 29 CFR 1910.146: a) Kissner USA Holding Group/Magco, Inc. - On or about December 11, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that all employees with responsibilities under the permit required confined space program received training to ensure they had acquired the necessary understanding, knowledge, and skills to perform their duties safely. Employees who enter spaces or are assigned as attendants for entries into the Fluid Bed Dryer had not received the appropriate level of training.
