29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: a) Champion Modular, Inc., on or about November 20th, 2018 and times prior thereto: Employees had potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens intermittently throughout work operations including, but not limited to, responding to incidents involving blood, and/or cleaning up of blood and OPIM (other potentially infectious material). The hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series was not made available to some employees with occupational exposure to blood or OPIM (other potentially infectious material).
