29 CFR 1910.1026(j)(2)(iii): The employer allowed the use of compressed air to remove chromium VI from any surface: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to hexavalent chromium hazards. The condition was most recently observed on December 21st, 2018, at 3801 S Oliver, Wichita, Kansas. Employees were allowed to use compressed air to remove chromium (VI) dust and material from holes that had been drilled in aircraft parts.
