29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a)Dakota Bodies, LLC at 201 20th Avenue Southeast, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to October 30, 2018, the employer did not ensure the eyewash in between the wash bays was readily accessible to employees spraying corrosive liquids in the area in that, material was stored in close proximity to the eyewash that impeded access for immediate emergency use. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
