29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): 516 Broadway, Lawrence, MA a) On or about April 15, 2019, employees conducting the refurbishing of office furniture were not evaluated for personal protective equipment. Employees cutting fabric with a hot knife did not have appropriate hand protection.
