29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section. On or about October 15, 2018, employees engaged in plastering operations were exposed to fall hazards due to inadequacies in their fall protection training. Rafael Beltran Plastering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.503(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1333358, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1501 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79936.
