29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(x): The employer did not insure that the operator does not leave his position at the controls while the load is suspended: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by and caught between hazards associated with operating the overhead gantry crane. This was most recently documented on or about 10/02/18 at the Well Watch, LLC facility located at 13937 Hwy 283, Ness City, Kansas 67560. The operator was not positioned with the controls for the Deshazo, 15 ton, Serial Number 20711 overhead gantry crane with a Shaw-box hoist while a load was suspended.
