29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: a) On or about October 2, 2018, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling from elevations up to approximately 18 feet when required to climb portable ladders while carrying materials and equipment to scaffold platforms and roof deck landing surfaces. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
