29 CFR 1910.335(a)(2)(i): Employees did not use insulated tools or handling equipment that might make contact with such conductors or parts when working near exposed energized conductors or circuit parts. Men's Department at the Sears Store: On or about September 21, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the hazards of electricity, while working on an energized junction box and two bulb fluorescent light fixture, without using insulated tools.
