29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances was not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage were made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked: (a) On or about 9/17/2018 - Shipping Area, Main Aisle, the permanent aisle and passageway was not marked to identify heavy forklift traffic and pedestrians use. (b) On or about 9/17/2018 - Fabrication Area, Main Outer Aisle, the permanent aisle and passageway was not kept in good repair and not marked to identify heavy forklift traffic and pedestrians use.
