29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs necessary to ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards: Employee(s) engaged in painting work using material handling equipment, ladders, powered tools, and etc. at 15301 Green Road, Olathe, Kansas were exposed to hazards such as struck by and fall hazards in that the employer had not developed nor implemented safety and health programs that provide construction hazard recognition guidelines to mitigate those hazards.
