29 CFR 1910.142(i)(2): A properly constructed kitchen and dining hall adequate in size, separate from sleeping quarters of any workers or their families, were not provided in connection with all temporary labor campsite food handling facilities: a) Church campus of Joan of Arc Catholic Parish at 100 Willow Bend Road, in Marlton, NJ, 08053- Temporary Labor Camp: Employer did not provide a kitchen and/or a dining facility for employees to utilize that was separate from their sleeping quarters, observed on or about 8/21/18. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
