29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: The employer is failing to protect employees from fire and explosion hazards. This was most recently documented on August 15, 2018, at a worksite located at 916 S. Thompson Avenue, Sedalia, Missouri. Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while working with flammable chemicals such as, mixed gasoline, and employees were not provided firefighting equipment needed to extinguish a fire.
