29 CFR 1910.219(e)(2)(iv): Overhead chain and link belt drives, governed by the same rules as overhead horizontal belts, were not enclosed by guard(s) in the same manner as belts conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a) Venter Area of 1875 Harbeson Road, Harbeson, Delaware - Observed on or about 20 AUG 2018, the employer failed to ensure that all chain and link belt driving hangers through a Poultry Venter Machine were protected when less than 7 feet from the ground, and the standing platforms where employees were performing poultry processing operations.
