29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) On or about July 27, 2018, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that a rotating chain and sprocket wheel assembly that runs the auger drive when the hopper is emptied on the outside of vehicle T72 was guarded, exposing workers to amputation and crushing hazards.
