29 CFR 1910.305(a)(4)(iii): In dry locations, where not exposed to severe physical damage, conductors separately enclosed in flexible nonmetallic tubing, were not in continuous lengths not exceeding 4.57m (15.0 ft.) and secured to the surface by straps at intervals not exceeding 1.37m ( 4.5ft.) : (a) Site: in the vicinity of the warm edge machine in the facility located at 5 Cudworth Road, Webster, MA 01570, on 9/7/2018 and at times earlier, the flexible nonmetallic tubing enclosing wiring to the warm edge machine (a wet process) was not in continuous length due to a break in the tubing which was exposing the electrical conductors contained within.
