29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck (except for training purposes), the employer shall ensure that each operator has successfully completed the training required by this paragraph (l), except as permitted by paragraph (l)(5). a. On or before April 17, 2018, the employer did not provide employees with powered industrial truck training prior to permitting employees to operate the diesel powered lifts including, but not limited to, the following: Toyota Forklift Truck (model: 8FDU30; S/N: 11375); JLG lift (model: G9-43A; S/N: 0160038844); and Terex Lift 5519 (S/N: 0952).
