29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: a) a) 1650 Washington Street, Newton, MA On or about April 11, 2018, the employer did not ensure that an employee who conducts maintenance activities, including the removal of sharps containers that can contain blood or OPIM was provided the opportunity to receive or decline a hepatitis b vaccine and vaccination series.
