29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: a) Polish Department - On or about April 12, 2018 and times prior to, the employer did not ensure that powered industrial truck operators travelled with the load trailing when transporting quartz slabs that obstructed forward view, thus exposing employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards.
