29 CFR 1910.110(b)(5)(iii): When LP-Gas and one or more other gases were stored or used in the same area, the employer did not ensure that the containers were marked to identify their content: a) Propane storage area - The portable propane fuel tanks were not labeled as to the contents on or about April 11, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
