29 CFR 1910.219(m)(1)(i): Expanded metal, perforated or solid sheet metal, wire mesh on a fame of angle iron, or iron pipe securely fastened to floor or frame of machine was not utilized for guarding. (a) Facility, Warehouse, Mezzanine Level, 300 Induction Line: The guarding used to cover the chain and sprocket was not constructed of substantial material, the guards were constructed of plastic material, on or about 3/29/2018 NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19
