29 CFR 1910.213(a)(9): All belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, and moving parts shall be guarded in accordance with the specific requirements of 1910.219. a)On March 13, 2018 and time prior to employees were exposed of amputation hazard by pulleys and belts not guarded on the Notcher machine. b)On March, 13, 2018 and times prior to employees were exposed to amputation hazards when the pulley and belt were not guarded on the blower motor next to the notcher. c)On March 19, 2018 and times prior to employees were exposed to amputation hazard when pulleys and belts were not guarded on KM-16#1 and KM-16#2
