29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical shock hazards. This was most recently documented on or about 03/09/2018, employee(s) at CABKA North America Inc., located at 123 Byassee Drive, Hazelwood, MO, were exposed to an electrical hazard due to a missing face plate. The Huskys color feeders electrical box was missing a cover. The color feeder 110 volt electrical device and its energized wiring were outside the box hanging into the personnel elevated walkway.
