29 CFR 1910.213(n)(3): Hood(s) or suitable guard(s) were not provided to prevent the hands of the operator from coming in contact with the inrunning rolls of feed rolls on planning type machines: (a) Handle Mill: On or about March 6, 2018 the Hawker Dowel Milling Machine did not have a proper guard in place to prevent the operator from contacting the in-running feed rolls where he could get his gloved hand caught between the powered rollers and the wooden piece being pulled into the machine.
