29 CFR 1915.88(h): The employer did not ensure that food and beverages were not consumed in an area where employees could be exposed to hazardous or toxic substances: (a) Engine room of M/v Matanuska, at Vigor Marine, LLC shipyard at 5555 N Channel Ave, Portland, Oregon: On or about 2/7/2018 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to ingestion exposure, in that drinking water was provided and allowed to be consumed within the restricted zone.
