29 CFR 1910.178(n)(7)(iii): On all grades the load and load engaging means were not tilted back if applicable, and was raised more than necessary to clear the road surface. On or about January 24, 2018, and times prior thereto, an employee was engaged in operating a powered industrial truck over uneven ground surface with a metal box modification on the forks while it was lifted in the air.
